A fish based restaurant in Ghent.

After 6,5 unforgettable years,
we'll be closing our doors on September 19, 2026.
The building on ‘the Reep’ that has been our beautiful harbor since 2020 has been sold.
We'd love to see you one last time before we weigh anchor.

From October 2026, our chef Louis Snauwaert will continue as a freelance chef.,
available for collaborations, events, catering, private dining, consultancy and other culinary projects.
